Ingredients: Eggs, 00 flour, salt, fresh baby spinach puree.
Dried product: Bring salted water to the boil, drop pasta in and wait for a few minutes, until it rises to the surface. Allow and extra 2 minutes and cook to your liking.
This is a fresh product and overcooks quickly. Strain and mix with your favourite sauce, creamy sauce is recommended. Free of preservatives.
