Our signature dried homemade pasta. Rich in egg, Northern Italian style.
Ingredients: Eggs, 00 flour, salt.
Dried Product: Bring salted water to the boil, drop pasta in and wait for a few minutes, until it rises to the surface. Allow an extra 2 minutes and cook to your liking.
This is a fresh product and overcooks quickly. Strain and mix with your favourite sauce. Free of preservatives.
