
Homemade Tagliatelle just for our Vegan clientele. Made with 00 flour, water, Extra Virgin olive oil, salt and pepper and with the same love we put into all our Cafe del Sol product range.
Dried Product: Bring salted water to the boil, drop pasta in and wait for a few minutes, until it rises to the surface. Allow and extra 2 minutes and cook to your liking.
This is a fresh product and overcooks quickly. Strain and mix with your favourite sauce. Free of preservatives.
